Your​ order will arrive within 3-6 business days after you place your order. 

U.S. standard shipping is free if you order over $150.

Orders over $800 may be subject to customs clearance which can cause a delay to you receiving your parcel. You'll be liable to pay Customs duties on orders over $800.

We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Delivery time can be delayed, especially during busy periods (including sale)

If you wish to make a return or exchange, you have 15 days from when you receive your package to return your order. Please ship it back within 10-12 days so that we can have it back in the store by 15 days for a full refund.

If you wish to make an exchange for a different size or style, to ensure that we have the items you wish in stock. it is better to create another online order before the items sold out and we will process your exchange and refund for your previous order separately upon the receipt of the return of the merchandise back to us

Sale merchandise and accessories may not be returned.

Returned items must be undamaged, unwashed, unworn, and in the same original condition as it was sent.
